	The Chamber continues its promotion of the North East area as a tourist destination by facilitating the "Wine Festival." "The "Wine Festival" brings in thousands of people to the area, who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in local retail outlets and eateries. Additionally, the Chamber's Retail, Government/Community Affairs and Industrial divisions meet and reach out to local businesses, governments and residents to promote the communities current businesses and developing the proper environment for attracting new ones. The Chamber's newsletter keeps the community aware of all the events happening in the area and any changes that might occur in local businesses.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Officers, Directors and employees are required to complete upon the election to the Board or employment a "Financial Interest" form and update annually thereafter.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	New employee interviews and compensation packages are established by the Board's personnel committee. The full Board gives final approval to all hirings and compensation. Annual raises are also approved by the Personnel Committee considering the current cost of living and the employees job performance evaluation. The full Board gives final approval to the raise.
