EDUCATION THE FOUNDATION OFFERS CREDIT EDUCATION SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC WHICH INCLUDES CREDIT COUNSELING, BUDGETING SERVICES, ACTION PLANS, PUBLICATIONS AND SPEAKERS. IN 2018, CREDIT ADVISORS FOUNDATION PROVIDED CREDIT COUNSELING TO 7,115 INDIVIDUALS, OF THESE, 4,003 RECEIVED BUDGETS/CREDIT COUNSELING AND ACTION PLANS WHICH INCLUDED DEBT MANAGEMENT PLANS. 3,089 EDUCATION TOPIC SPECIFIC HOT SHEETS WERE DISTRIBUTED. CREDIT ADVISORS FOUNDATION ADDITIONALLY SUPPORTS ELECTRONIC EDUCATION THROUGH E-NEWSLETTER AND PUBLICATIONS GEARED TOWARD MONEY MANAGEMENT. FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS PLACED ON A DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN, A BUDGET IS CREATED, ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH CREDITORS, AND THE CLIENT RECEIVES CONTINUOUS EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE TIME THEY ARE ON THE PLAN.
