Explanation:

I am an ATX filer. I got caught up in two problems just before at at May 15th First, the well know ATX blackout due to someone compromising their system with a virus. Then, just as ATX was clearing that up, Drake Software decided to tell the IRS my EFIN had been compromised because someone at Drake opened a phishing email and clicked on the link or something like that. To make matters worse, Drake did not bother to tell me about it until two days after they reported to IRS. Thankfully, IRS was much more helpful. However, it still took until May 23rd to get everything restored. Needless to say, although I considered Drake last year which is how they got my EFIN, I will never use them.
