Pt VI, Line 12c	The Organization requires as per MN Statutes that annually the Association receive signed economic interest statements from all members of the board of trustees. These are kept on file.
Pt VI, Line 6	The Organization is made up of 22 active members of the Chisholm fire department.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Annually elections are held by the members and the officers are elected. The process is noted in the minutes and is conducted accordingly to the Association's bylaws.
