What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? UNIVERSITY SWIMMING ASSOCIATION, INC. (USAI) IS AN OUTDOOR MEMBERSHIP CLUB OPEN TO FACULTY, STAFF, AND ALUMNI AT RUTGERS, UMDNJ, AND THE NEW BRUNSWICK THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY.
