	Summit: Our annual summit brings together our diverse membership (retailers, manufacturers, certification bodies, industry trade groups and other interested stakeholders) for knowledge sharing and learning opportinities. This 3 day event brought together over 50 people and was a very successful event.

	Auditor Training: By utilizing the knowledge of our members and outside consultative services, we were able to develop an auditor training program for certification bodies and independent auditors to attend and become certified. This process/training was developed over the course of the year, and a pilot program allowed us to use the training in real-life scenarios and then calibrate and adjust as needed.

Pt VI, Line 11b	The Finance Committee of the governance board reviews the Form 990 and with the CEO and accounting contractor. The Finance Committee then presents the Form 990 to the full governance board for review prior to submission to the IRS. The full governance board then votes to approve the Form 990 for submission to the IRS.
Pt VI, Line 12c	During Executive Committee Meetings any issue that arise that have any potential conflicts of interest are discussed to ensure that proper precautions are taken to ensure full compliance with the policy.
Pt VI, Line 15a	The Executive Committee researched comparable salaries for CEO's of like organizations. They utilized data from organizations(i.e. indeed.com) and also looked at budget projections for the organization over a 5 year period. They took into account the experience and skill set of the CEO candidate, and the annual wage and benefit package was developed. They then solicited legal review to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal labor law.
