Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1	The business and affairs of the Association shall be managed by or under the direction of its Executive Committee. The Executive Committee of this Association shall be composed of the officers of this Association, the immediate past president and four other members, to be elected annually at the annual meeting to serve for one year or until their successors are elected. The President shall be its Chairman. It shall have general supervision of the affairs of the Association subject to any conditions imposed by the membership in meeting assembled.
