Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The membership classes are described in the bylaws as follows: Section 2.1 Membership Classes. The Corporation shall have three (3) classes of members with the right to vote on matters as set forth in Section 2.5 below (collectively, the Members). Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Section 2.5.1 Prior to the 2019 Annual Meeting. Prior to the Annual Meeting of the Members (the Annual Meeting) taking place in 2019, no Member shall be entitled to a vote on any matter. Section 2.5.2 2019 Annual Meeting and Thereafter.
