    FORM 990-PF, PART XV FORM 990-PF, PART XV In 2018, the ArcelorMittal Foundations expenditures were directed to fund the companys Give Boldly program, ArcelorMittals employee matching gifts program in the United States. Give Boldly provides an opportunity for the company to recognize its employees community involvement. The program matches up to $1,500 per year per employee on direct or payroll giving contributions when a match is requested on qualifying contributions. Since 2010, ArcelorMittal USA has matched employee contributions which is matched quarterly throughout the year on a first come first served basis until a budgeted threshold is reached. The Give Boldly program matches and/or deducts employee financial donations to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits or tax-exempt police and fire departments and schools. Some restrictions apply and are detailed on the Give Boldly website, www.arcelormittalgiveboldly.com. Participants must be active, full-time employees who are paid through a participating payroll system. ArcelorMittal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny match requests to any organization if it is determined that the organization is an inappropriate recipient for charitable funds. The ArcelorMittal Give Boldly program guidelines are managed by ArcelorMittals corporate responsibility team and designed with input from company leadership, the USA Sustainable Development Council and local Councils for Stronger Communities. ArcelorMittal also provides grants to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits or tax-exempt police and fire departments and schools outside of the ArcelorMittal Foundation.
