Whether you are new to research parks or representing your own established research park and community, each I2RP gathering will provide an exclusive learning environment and knowledge exchange. Each 1 day program will be unique to their region, involving their team, university and community leaders to learn history, best practices and overall ecosystem. Not to replace the Communities of Innovation 101 (RP101) programming held at the annual International Conference, I2RP should be considered a companion program, showcasing each one-of-a-kind university research park. Attendance includes approximately 20-30 individuals. |

| Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts | Annually, each director signs a conflict of interest policy that indicates any conflict they may have with the association and business relationships. The executive committee of the board of directors (executive committee) is responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of this policy. The executive committee monitors compliance with the policy on an on-going basis. In the instance of a conflict of interest, the president, past president, and CEO will discuss the potential conflict with the board member personally, and will request confidentiality among partnering international organizations. |
