Form 990, Part III, Line 4d: Other Program Services Description	OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: The Evening of Excellence provides opportunities for local business owners to network and meet other business owners in the area and celebrate each others accomplishments throughout the previous year.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 2: Description of Business or Family Relationship of Officers, Directors, Et	The Chamber attempts to conduct business with its own members whenever possible. The practice of conducting business amongst its members is a benefit in being a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Transactions "in the normal course of business" have occurred with the governing board and the organization for supplies, professional services, fundraising and banking.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The organization has 443 members but no stockholders.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The return is received and reviewed by the executive director. Once approved and submitted the executive director notifies the governing body that the return was prepared. The governing body may review it at any time.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Whenever business transactions take place with officers, directors and trustees, an organization employee reviews the signed disclosures for potential conflicts. No enforcements have been needed.
