What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE - THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT 955 BROADWAY IN BOULDER, COLORADO FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF ACACIA FRATERNITY. THE ACTIVITY FURTHERS THE EXEMPT PURPOSE AS WE ARE ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVE CHAPTER IN BEING ABLE TO LIVE AFFORDABLY IN BOULDER, COLORADO. THE ALUMNI ADMINISTER THE HOUSING ALLOWANCE AND SUPERVISE THE PROPERTY. BEGINING IN 2013 THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED ALUMNI ACTIVITIES. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE TO CONTINUE TO FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FRATERNITY MEMBERS. BEGINNING IN 2015 THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE ACTIVE CHAPTER MEMBERS TO PREPARE ACACIA FRATERNITY MEMBERS TO BE EDUCATED ADULTS READY TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN THE AFAIRS OF THEIR FAMILY, COMMUNITY AND WORLD.
