Everyone purchasing electricity from the Cooperative pays a membership fee and becomes a member of the Cooperative with all the rights and responsibilities it entails. Members do not have to be approved prior to receiving membership; however, the Board approves the new members for the prior month at the next month's meeting as part of the consent agenda. |
