What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY, ACTIVE LIFESTYLE FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE UTILIZING A FRIENDLY, COMPETITIVE, AND SPORTSMAN-LIKE ATTITUDE IN CYCLING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES TO PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY ACTIVITIES AND SEEKS TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT HEALTHY LIFESTYLES.

28 THE CLUB MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS CYCLING ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDE BOTH COMPETITIVE RACING, AND CYCLING FOR NON-COMPETITIVE PERSONAL ENJOYMENT AND SOCIAL INTERACTION/EDUCATION. TEAM FRASER IS A REGISTERED CYCLING CLUB.THESE CYCLING ACTIVITIES PLAY A MAJOR PART IN THE CLUBS PROMOTION OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND THE GENERAL ENJOYMENT OF LIFE.CLUB FRASER HOSTS A "KONA PARTY" EARLY EACH YEAR FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ITS MEMBERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WORLD CYCLING CHAMPIONSHIP HELD ON THE KONA COAST OF HAWAII. THE CLUB ENCOUAGES ALL MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN ITS ACTIVITIES AND STRIVES TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT HEALTHY LIFESTYLES.
