TO DATE, 41 WOMEN HAVE OR ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. 12 WOMEN PARTICIPATE DURING EACH 16-WEEK SESSION. THEY ATTEND 6 OR MORE HOURS PER WEEK. MOST TRAINEES ARE IN THE PROGRAM FOR 18-24 MONTHS. TRAINEES PAY A MODEST FEE-FOR-SERVICE FOR PARTICIPATION. AT THE END OF 2018, YES SHE CAN PROVIDED 2625 HOURS OF TRAINING WITH PROFESSIONAL COACHING; TWO COACHES WERE PAID EMPLOYEES AND THREE COACHES WERE VOLUNTEERS.
