Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents	In 2018, Mesa and Delta Counties, Colorado were added to the Credit Union's field of membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	Persons eligible for membership include employees (and their family members) of school districts (including students), businesses (select employee groups), and members of associations located in Montrose County and other areas in southwestern Colorado. A $25 deposit is also required to become a member.In 2018, Mesa and Delta Counties, Colorado were added to the Credit Union's field of membership.

	The Credit Union is owned by approximately 3,400 members. The Credit Union provides financial services to its members, such as consumer lending, mortgage lending, checking and savings deposit and certificate accounts, ATM, debit and credit cards, and other financial services.In 2018, the Credit Union sponsored a program to help people in our community with food, clothing & Christmas gifts, and provided school supplies to local schools. The Credit Union also awarded 2 scholarships to local HS students.
