    NA Narrative Description of Activities The Cousins Properties Foundation (the Foundation) was formed on December 23, 2005 as a Georgia non-profit corporation. The Foundation is a grant making organization that seeks to support qualified charitable organizations and initiatives that stabilize and sustain communities through social welfare programs. The Foundation intends to provide financial support to successful applicants, where applicants will be qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, except those organizations described in 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is the product of the historical practice of charitable contributions by Cousins Properties Incorporated, a Georgia corporation, Cousins Real Estate Corporation, a Georgia corporation (CREC), Cousins TRS Services LLC (TRS), and their associated companies.
