What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote and improve upon the general welfare through the following: Educating the public and policy makers on the importance of protecting and enhancing our natural resources and infrastructure. Providing leadership, facilitating public discourse and fostering consensus on key issues impacting California's natural resources and infrastructure. Developing and promoting proposals to address California's needs with respect to natural resources and infrastructure. Supporting and directing research and other programs concerning California's natural resources and infrastructure.
