The amount paid for services rendered during the year ended December 31, 2018 was $1,023,929. A new APC provider entered the market space in 2015 and subsequently another one in 2016. Any ongoing and future contracts with the Marine Exchange of Alaska needs to ensure payment is fair and reasonable to ensure no excess benefits are being provided to this related party. |
