Form 990, Part VI, Line 2	Bob Rodgers is a Director of the organization. Mr. Rodgers, through his company R2 Innovative Technologies, may from time to time provide services to or on behalf of certain women's professional golf tours or associations that are Members of the organization. Those Members may also have a representative Director on the Board of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6	All Members have equal voting rights, and are subject to the same rights and obligations, including the right to approve certain significant transactions proposed by the Board of Directors as set forth in the By-Laws; provided that, select original members are designated Founding Members and may not be terminated from membership. The Board is comprised of designated member representatives as described in Question 7a below, and is self-perpetuating. No member has a specific right to receive any portion of profits, excess dues or net assets upon liquidation.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a	In addition to the Executive Director, the Board consists of tour representative directors from each of the Ladies Professional Golf Association, Japan Ladies Professional Golf Association, Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association, Ladies European Tour and one representative from another tour association.
