Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union of Vermont is a non-for-profit financial cooperative and is owned by its member. As of 12/31/2018 the credit union had 3,107 members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Credit Union of Vermont is a state chartered credit union and is owned by its members. Each member has one vote at an annual meeting which is held during the first 6 months of the year. At this meeting, the members elect other members to service on the Board of Directors and the Credit Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A complete copy of the Form 990 is made available to each Director. At a regularly scheduled meeting it was discussed by the Board of Directors and approved for the record.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation is per the Board of Director's approval following an annual review of peer compensation of the CEO and COO, as well as an individual and overall credit union performance evaluation. Published peer compensation data from an independent company, HR Performance Solutions is utilized. Completed for 12/2018.
