Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Yes we have 1699 members and an 11 member volunteer Board of Directors who are elected annually by the membership at the Annual Meeting each January. Our membership is exclusive to Postal Employees and their extended family members in our area.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The election of the board is done by the members at the Annual Meeting in January of each year. Members are part of the decision making through their elected and volunteer Board Members. Credit Union Members accept the minutes at the Annual Meeting and bring up new business and nominate and elect the volunteer Board Members who will set loan rates and dividend rates and other credit union business at recorded monthly meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	It is up to the Credit Union members to elect the volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors and the credit union employees are always open to all member suggestions in an effort to improve our service to them because that is our main purpose.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Board of Directors will be presented with a copy of the 990 at the April 16th and May 21st board meetings. The 990 report is always available upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The information in the 990 is available upon requests made to either an employee or Board Member. Financials are always disclosed at the Annual Meeting for the year and previous 3 years. Copies of other forms including the 990 are always provided upon request.
