TO COLLECT CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CHICAGO AREA CONTRACTORS AND DISBURSE REMAINING FUNDS AFTER PAYMENT OF TRUST OPERATING EXPENSES, TO THE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYERS COUNCIL (RCEC) AND MIDWEST WALL & CEILING CONTRACTORS (MWCC) FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT. BEGINNING JULY 1, 2016 MWCC REMAINED AS THE SOLE MEMBER OF THE MIDRESCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRUST.
