Return Reference	Explanation
General explanation attachment	On November 14, 2018 an automatic 6 month extension was put in on this return. The software stated the extension went through and was accepted. We have since discovered this did not get recorded and have received a letter from the IRS statng. This. We are sorry for that situation.
