Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	A member is any worker coming under the IBEW's jurisdiction, of good character, not less than sixteen years of age, provided he passes a satisfactory examination when required to do so by the Local Union.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	All members have the power to elect by majority vote the members of the governing body every three years in June.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Members rights include nominating and voting for the Directors of the Local Union, attending monthly meetings, approving by majority vote any contribution in excess of $25, and any real property to be purchased or disposed of in the name of the Local Union.
