    The Endowment requests that applicants secure oversight for their projects from their meetings (churches) to provide spiritual support and supervise the financial aspects of the projects. All Pickett Endowment grant awards must be administered by a Quaker meeting or church, or, if more appropriate, by a recognized Quaker organization. The Endowment requires the Quaker meeting, church or organization to assign a committee or person to provide guidance throughout the duration of the project. For meetings or individuals wishing to nominate a potential recipient, nomination forms are available on the Endowment's website (pickettendowment.quaker.org) and are due by January 15th each year. Grant application forms are due by February 15th each year and the forms are available on the website.
