Adventist Health System Sunbelt Healthcare Corporation and Ascension Health, the sponsors of Adventist Midwest Health (AMH) and Alexian Brothers Health System (ABHS), respectively, entered into an Affiliation Agreement that established the Joint Operating Company, Alexian Brothers-AHS Midwest Region Health Co. which became operational on February 1, 2015.
