VI Line 12 The credit union has a written conflict of interest policy. It is provided
VI Line 12 to all employees and directors annually. All employees are instructed
VI Line 12 to report conflicts of interest without fear of reprisal. Each report is
VI Line 12 investigated and corrective action is taken when necessary, including
VI Line 12 actions to protect against conflict of interest such as removal from voting
