Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICOLMCC Board of Trustees. The President then selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trustee. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires a Manager/Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The members of the Columbus Division of the Chapter elect a chairman who then selects three contractors that are members of the Columbus Division of the Chapter to serve on the Board of Trustees. Thus the Board of Trustees of EICOLMCC consists of four union members representing labor and four contractors members representing management.

After reviewed and approved by the Secretary of EICOLMCC, who is the statuary agent, the Form 990 is presented to the full Board of Trustees for their approval before filing.
