CVMA reimbursed Petaid Colorado for those personnel and their benefits up until Petaid's dissolution, and CVMA remitted Forms W-2 for all employees for the last quarter of the year. Salaries and related expenses that were paid through Petaid during the year are reflected as if they were paid directly by CVMA for purposes of the Form 990. Also, the number of W-2s reported on Form 990, part V, line 2a only includes the number of employees who worked on CVMA activities during the year whether paid by PetAid or CVMA. |
