    XV1-B and donates money to public charities with principal locations in the
    XV1-B Washington, DC metropolitan area that benefit women and children
    XV1-B with educational and medical needs.
    XV1-B A trustee of the fund contacts the widow or orphan of a deceased lodge member
    XV1-B and sends the individual a check to assist with immediate funeral expenses. If
    XV1-B additional assistance is required, the individual must contact the Trustees of
    XV1-B the fund and they will make an evaluation based on the need of the individual.
    XV1-B Public charities may apply for assistance, but only those charities with
    XV1-B purposes matching those of the fund and effectively ( through administration and
    XV1-B program services) carrying out those purposes will be considered.
