Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	There is only one class of membership in the organization. Once approved by the current membership through a vote the new member has all rights as all existing members.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The organization is made up of persons wishing to join the organization as members. They can become a member by being sponsored by a current member, paying a initation fee, being investigated as to their moral character by the lodge investigating committee and then being voted on by the membership present at the next meeting. Onced approved for membership and paying their annual dues and signing the membership book they become full member with all rights afforded to all other members. The board of directors are elected by the membership along with all other officers at the end of each Lodge year and assume their elected position at the beginning of the new year.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The governing body makes all decisions for day to day operations during the year they serve as officers or directors. All decisions made by them can be overrode by the membership. Some decisions must be made by them in the form of a motion during a regular meeting and some motions require a special notification to members informing them of the meeting and what will be coming up for a vote.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Patrick Tyler, current treasurer and who the books are in care of, has gone over the 990 in a meeting and discussing the changes made in depreciation.

Significant program services not listed on prior year return Part III line 2	The Lodge made a donation of $1500 to the Disable American Veterans local chapter to assist them in the great work they do with the homeless veterans in our area.
Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9	The effect of depreciation being understated is corrected here. Net Income was overstated by $3908 due to the depreciation being understated in the books for year ended 3-31-2013 and presuming incorrect in prior years. Correction to depreciation was for current and previous tax year so that Federal Asset Depreciation report is correctly stated in this tax return. The correction of -$745 remained in 2013 tax year and was adjusted in reconciliation of net assets.
