They can become a member by being sponsored by a current member, paying a initation fee, being investigated as to their moral character by the lodge investigating committee and then being voted on by the membership present at the next meeting. Onced approved for membership and paying their annual dues and signing the membership book they become full member with all rights afforded to all other members. The board of directors are elected by the membership along with all other officers at the end of each Lodge year and assume their elected position at the beginning of the new year. |

Net Income was overstated by $3908 due to the depreciation being understated in the books for year ended 3-31-2013 and presuming incorrect in prior years. Correction to depreciation was for current and previous tax year so that Federal Asset Depreciation report is correctly stated in this tax return. The correction of -$745 remained in 2013 tax year and was adjusted in reconciliation of net assets. |
