| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | The compensation Committee, consisting of two members of the board of directors, excluding the president, deliberated during the month of July 2017 and voted on a salary of $150,000 per year; this is the last time a compensation study was completed. The committee considered salaries of CEOs of similar organizations from Charity Navigator, length of service and performanceof the organization before submitting a yearly compensation amount for the president. Due to cash flow constraints, he has been paid less than what his cumulative salary should have been over the past four years. Because he is still owed $84,189 in Deferred Compensation, his salary remains the same with an evaluation for an increase to take place if and when his Deferred Compensation can be paid. His Deferred Compensation, coupled with an accrued payroll tax accounts for a vast majority of the negative fund balance of the organization. |
