	Analysis and advocacy related to state and federal legislation affecting the delivery of pediatric health care services. CCHA actively analyzes proposed bills and policy changes to ensure the effect will not be detrimental to pediatric providers and advocates based on established policy positions. CCHA focuses on preserving access to quality care for all children as well as appropriate financing for patients and providers.

CCHA often drafts amendments and legislative proposals in response to a proposed policy change or to address identified areas of need to assist pediatric providers in their mission to provide quality health care.

A draft is provided to the Association's management and designated board members for their review and approval prior to submission. Upon submission, a full copy of form 990 and 199 are delivered to the full board.
