NO SHARES WERE SOLD OR PURCHASED DURING THE YEAR.THE APPRAISAL FIRM OF GEORGE VALUATION ADVISORS APPRAISED THE BLOCKAGE DISCOUNT IN 2011. THEIR APPRAISAL CONCLUDED THAT A 12% BLOCKAGE DISCOUNT SHOULD BE USED.
