IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCOUNTING FOR UNCERTAINTY IN INCOME TAXES, MANAGEMENT HAS ANALYZED ITS VARIOUS FEDERAL AND STATE FILING POSITIONS AND BELIEVES THAT ITS INCOME TAX FILING POSITIONS AND DEDUCTIONS ARE WELL DOCUMENTED AND SUPPORTED. ADDITIONALLY, MANAGEMENT BELIEVES THAT NO ACCRUALS FOR TAX LIABILITIES RELATED TO UNCERTAIN INCOME TAX POSITIONS ARE REQUIRED. THEREFORE, NO RESERVES FOR UNCERTAIN INCOME TAX POSITIONS HAVE BEEN RECORDED. THERE HAVE BEEN NO INCREASES OR DECREASES IN UNRECOGNIZED TAX BENEFITS FOR CURRENT OR PRIOR YEARS.
