Form 990, Part III, Line 1, Description of Organization Mission:	The mission of The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) is to build upon its history as the global leader in sleep technologist credentialing and certification; to provide high quality sleep technology products and services that inspire professional excellence, recognition, and lifelong learning; and to create long-term value for credential and certificate holders.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	BRPT utilizes the services of a management firm, Interel US, Inc. ("Interel"). Management fees represent amounts paid to Interel under the terms of an agreement for management services, office space, equipment, and other resources. Management fees totaled $545,688 for the year ended December 31, 2018. BRPT's Executive Director is an employee of Interel, and as such, is provided compensation and benefits from Interel.
