THIS DISTRIBUTION WAS TREATED AS A QUALIFYING DISTRIBUTION AND WAS MADE PURSUANT TO THE FOUNDATION'S MATCHING GIFT PROGRAM FOR ITS OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS.
