WE ENDEAVOR TO PROVIDE FOR IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT IN CHILDREN'S QUALITY OF LIFE, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR A FUTURE LIFE OF QUALITY.
