Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The form was prepared by our outside accountant and reviewed in a telephone meeting with the President of CDSE. A copy of the form was provided to the Board of Directors for their review.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The Coalition has a written COI policy was incorporated in the By-laws of the Organization, and a review was done at the time. Subsequently a new COI policy and form has been developed. In 2018 it will be reviewed and signed by each director.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	Three comparable organizations 990's and executive compensation were obtained; AIAA, CASIS, and CSF. The most similar organization was CSF and the presidents salary was the basis for the compensation for CDSE ($200K). Range was $200K to $414K. However CDSE does not provide benefits, so a contingent bonus of $25K was included.
