Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	Innovative Management Concepts (IMC) was the management company of the Organization through November 2018, as directed by the board. Alan Morasch, past Executive Director, is a 100% shareholder of IMC. IMC was paid $50,500 through the Organization for administrative services. Starting December 2018, Plan-It Satisfaction began managing the Organization under the direction of the board. The current Executive Director is the President of Plan-It-Satisfaction which received $925 for services performed in 2018.
