What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To provide Group Legal Services Benefits for eligible participants and their eligible dependents.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization achieved its objective by providing Group Legal Services Benefits for eligible participants and their eligible dependents. Effective June 1, 2014, as a result of the collective bargaining negotiations, there would no longer be contributions made to the Fund for hours worked after May 31, 2014. Only the open files at May 31, 2014 would be completed to the conclusion of each case with no new cases to be opened. As of May 31, 2017 all open cases had been completed to their conclusion with no new cases to be opened.
