What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? New Hampshire Science Teachers Association (NHSTA) is a professional organization. NHSTA works to promote and improve science education within the state through professional development opportunities and resources for educators.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 NHSTA provided conferences, published a newsletter, and hosted a website to promote and improve science education within the state. The conferences provided content-rich, high-quality, professional development opportunities for members. The quarterly newsletter contained science news, events, resources, activities and classroom ideas for teachers. The website provided valuable information about professional development opportunities and education resources for teachers and science programs.
