Organized to promote public parking best practices for the management, operation, financing and development of pulbic on-street and off-street parking facilities. Promote Smart Growth, Transit Oriented Development and Urban Mixed Use Redevelopment by Municipal Governments. Study, Educate and Train Public Officials and Staff within the State of New Jersey and Others Related to Parking Best Practices.
