Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	NRC outsourced all of its management and general and administrative functions to an outside organization, Chambers, Conlon & Hartwell, LLC.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Organization has three types of members: contractor companies, supplier companies, and associate companies. All member companies have one vote each for purposes of electing the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Each member company is entitled to one vote to elect representatives to the Board of Directors. The primary contact in each member company votes by emailing the Association President. In a typical year there are six openings on the Board of Directors. The candidates with the six highest numbers of votes would become new Directors. Directors serve a three year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The return preparer sends a copy of the final version of the Form 990 to the management company before it is filed. The management company then reviews the return and compares financial data in the Form 990 with the books and records of the organization and reviews of all narrative information for accuracy and completion.
