What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To hold, construct, maintain, improve, and repair, water ditches, dams, flumes, water pipes and other conduits and appurtenances necessary for the purpose of providing irrigation water to the organization's shareholders.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Richards Irrigation Co. benefited the community by providing irrigation water delivery systems to all of its members in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Richards Irrigation also made significant repairs on lines and valves to properly maintain its ability to service members and their irrigation needs.
