Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The membership is made of approximately 330 members of which approximately 160 have voting right. There are various categories of membership of which only regular members have the ability to vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The club has a nominating committee which proposes the board of governors for the year at the annual meeting. The membership then votes to accept the board or an alternate slate or candidates can be nominated at the meeting. The membership present at the meeting votes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	There are certain decisions for which the board needs membership approval. For example any changes to the bylaws requires a majority approval from the membership in order to become effective.
