Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Local Eagles Aerie 3543 is a chapter of the Men's National Fraternal Organization with an auxiliary for women. We are a non-profit organization making donations to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations. We endeavor to make donations that will benefit the local community and also charitable organizations registered by the Eagles National Organization.

	The Eagles Aerie had 127 members during the fiscal year ended May 31, 2018, and $53,070 was donated to numerous recipients. These donations included contributions to civic functions, youth programs, scholarships, boys and girls state dinners and ceremonies. In addition to our charitable works which allow our members to give back to the community in a more impactful way we provide events allowing our members to socialize. These events include a Valentines day dinner, a members banquet, volunteer opportunities with the rodeo, and a Christmas family holiday party in which our members donated coats and other winter gear to local children.

Part I, Line 2:	All application requests are saved. Files tracking all donations are maintained. Scholarship checks are sent directly to the schools. If the student drops out, the check is returned to the Eagles. In cases where they switch schools, a new check is reissued to the new school - FBO the student. Any donated funds are reported to the state in the quarterly gaming tax return.
