Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each individual with a credit union share savings account is a member of the organization The credit union is comprised of a single class of approximately 723 member-owners. Each member has equal rights in ownership governance and voting rights at the annual meeting. The board of directors are elected by the member-owners of the credit union at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The member-owners of the credit union have the authority to elect the members of the board of directors for three-year terms on a rotating basis. Candidates are elected by a simple plurality vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Changes to the governing documents (bylaws) are approved by the board of directors and regulatory agencies. Special membership meetings can be called in specific instances.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Prior to being filed with the IRS, a copy of IRS form 990 and the related schedules are reviewed by the president and manager including a confirmation of the accuracy of every answer and oversight of appropriate changes. The board of directors are informed of the filing of Form 990 and the related schedules.
