NDIDA pays Association Services Inc. a monthly administrative services fee for its services. The total compensation paid to Matthew Larsgaard by Association Services, Inc in calendar year ending December 31, 2017 was $155,985 consisting of reportable compensation of $141,526 and other compensation of $14,459.
